It was the intro song to the Pad stream.

One of the largest FTTH equipment providers, Calix, is pushing something they call Smart Town where your Calix router broadcasts a public wifi for anyone to use. By design it's intended to help connect poor kids to the internet so they can use their fancy learnin' apps no matter where they go.

I bet it's primarily going to be used for porn and piracy.
