Have you tried oat milk? It’s not putrid like cow milk and is less fattening.

TBH i think you already know you just need to do the gym and not worry about it.
They add shit tons of sugar and shit to these kind of milks to make the taste palatable. They’re advertised as a health alternative but they are anything but.

From my time as a vegan I can not recommend this. Most oat milks do not have a good reaction with coffee where it kind of curdles (?) and looks like this:

I've been told this is because of the acidity in coffee. There are some special "barista blend" oat milks that do not do this but they are quite pricy and idk if you can find them outside of big cities. Probably have a lot of additives too. Coconut milk works better and has much less calories than cows milk but not everyone likes the taste.

When I was in University I took caffeine pills because of the strict rules of our library regarding beverages. They work pretty well but can also cause heart burn depending on the brand.

I've thought about either investing money and time into getting a coffee brewing station that *might* make such a deluxe level of coffee I can acquire a taste for it, but that's a lot of money, a lot of counter space, a lot of shit to haul around when I move again, and it might not even work. It's also a maintenance level that something like instant coffee, a kuerig, or drip coffee just doesn't require of you.
I used to flavor my iced coffee with half of a protein shake and it would help keep me feeling fuller to consume less, I used the SToK Black, Sweetened, Dark Roast Not Too Sweet and then half of the Orgain Organic Protein Shake in Vanilla bean with 2 pumps of the sugar free Puremade Torani S'mores syrup. It would keep me energized and keep hunger at bay for a few hours, I used to look forward to it every morning but stopped making them when I got pregnant with my first.

I'll probably start making them again but want to play around with different brands. There's better protein shakes out there but I always have to do the premixed ones because I feel like everytime I try the powders they're always chalky.

My husband uses our Kureig every morning and we get the Eco pods that are like tiny coffee filters so no plastic taste.

I really want to like and use coconut milk more because it's such a good alternative but it makes everything taste like coconut to me and I just can't get past it. I wish it wasn't so strong.

I like brewing tea ahead of time and keeping it in the fridge. I cut with icewater and drink it unsweetened or with lemon. In the past I used to add fake-sugar syrups to make them taste like Snapple or Monster rehabs, but have since ditched those.
The appeal of iced or cold-brew coffee is similar, where the dilution with water can help mask some of the flavor notes that I don't personally appreciate as much.

oh trust me, i know.

I switched to coffee because it's easier on your body but I can't drink it black because coffee is a putrid taste. I add milk, and a lot of it.

talking at least F2~B6 up to d1~A4 if I really splash it in.

so that's at least a cup of milk, 120~150 calories. if I drink 3 cups of coffee a day (EASY) that's like eating an extra beef burrito from taco bell every day.

My other options are tea, water+caffeine pills, or to try and quit caffeine.

Tea is an appreciable option I've done before but I lost my equipment in a move so I stopped. I've never tried caffeine pills (something about taking pills is weird to me), but I will try it.

Quitting is an option a lot of people have suggested but I've never been able to. Ever. Not having caffeine makes me feel like I'm half asleep and my brain is one of those pin coushins just staked through a thousand times hindering focus.
Try this coffee. https://winkcoffee.com/collections/blonde-roast-coffee/products/blonde-roast-coffee It tastes clean. There's not that almost burnt ash flavor a lot of coffee has on the aftertaste. It smells amazing. Not bitter. If you like lattes, get a stovetop espresso maker. Get some extra creamy oat milk or barista blend almond milk. I recommend Califa brand. It's much lower on added sugars. https://www.amazon.com/Pyure-Organic-All-Purpose-Stevia-Sweetener/dp/B00NI2CTB0 Add some of this if you want low calorie sweetener. It's the only stevia I've found that doesn't taste like shit.

Good luck!

Try a kettle & small french press. It's great and convenient.

Otherwise try caffeine and theanine pills (it's a combo)
