This is the worst image I've seen on the Internet today. Good work

Don't be a nigger. I wasn't giving bad advice nor am I intending to give advice. A gallon of raw milk is 2400 calories though so you'd need to only drink that plus work out a lot. If you're a huge fatty keeping sugar down and getting a nice deficit of calories is enough without working out. Like I said in my post dieting is difficult and shouldn't make you want to walk off a cliff so experiment.

@Null An Irish Rdrama.net expat has found a 37 year old pooner Whittu Piggu Gaijin is coping and seething at Japanese women making fun of her being a gross pooner weeb.

From the Venn diagram of Redditors Western expats in Japan : Shortly after posting to /r/LoosePussyLand, /u/RoyalSiblings runs to /r/JapanLife for advice on how to deal with getting gossiped about by Japanese girls

What's a good comeback for some rude Japanese girls?
Context: riding the train home from an outing in Osaka, just sitting there minding my business scrolling my phone. As the train starts to empty the further from Osaka we get, I become aware of two Japanese women (20s~30s?) seated across from me, talking shit about me in Japanese. At one point I look at them to sort of confirm what I'm hearing and one asks the other if they think I can understand. They decide no and I just go back to my business.
Eventually, I stand up because my stop is coming, and one of them comments on how short I am. (I'm 173cm, which isn't super tall for an American, but as tall as or taller than most Japanese men and certainly taller than both women.)
I really wanted to say something like, "You're one to speak" or "I'd rather be short than rude" or something. But I wanted it to be really biting. At the time the only thing that came to mind was お前こそ but I wasn't sure it carried the right meaning so I just left without saying anything... but I'd love some tips I can say if something similar ever happens again.
I don't want to piss people off or start a fight, I just want to sort of convey "you're rude" with the added implication that I understood them the whole time. Something that shames them.
Trans men where are you getting your T?
DO NOT COMMENT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RELEVANT/ USEFUL INFORMATION.
I currently go to a clinic in Osaka every month to get my testosterone injection and I have been doing it this way since I moved here in 2015. It is tedious and expensive and sometimes impossible (if the clinic is closed etc.). I will keep doing it if necessary but I am wondering if there are alternatives. Needle control is what prevents me from being able to self injection at home, but I know there are other forms of T these days like creams/gels/etc. I also know there are slow release injectable that can last months but I am not familiar with them.
Hoping some other people who use T can chime in on where you're getting your meds in Japan. Please feel free to private message me if you want to remain anonymous.
Thank you!
大阪で好きな食べ物はありましたか?🤪 (What Osaka food do you like?)
This happens every time I tell people I live in Osaka:
あ、大阪に住んでいたんですね! 大阪で好きな食べ物はありましたか?(Oh, you lived in Osaka! Did you have a favorite food in Osaka? - google translate)
It seems the only correct answer to this is takoyaki. Maybe okonomiyaki. Is this just a pointless question? If I say anything else, like shabushabu, kushikatsu, whatever, I am told that is "just" Japanese food. As if they only eat takoyaki in Osaka... lol
Anyone got a weird "Osaka" food that I can answer with that isn't takoyaki/okonomiyaki?

There's no sugar added to pasteurised milk. Raw milk contains lactose and galactose, naturally occurring sugars, exactly the same as pasteurised milk does.

You probably shouldn't be giving out nutrition advice when there's massive holes in your knowledge.
Listen, you can be a skilled nutritionist without also having to go through two years of dairyology

Yeah, I didn't get what he was saying so I thought he was talking about like 2% and skin milk where the removal of butterfat increases the concentration of lactose in the resulting milk.
