It definitely reminded me of the updated Utah flag, though I prefer the Utah one, even if the beehive is also too clean looking. The colors on Utah's are better and more stately.

I just find that the new flags - in addition to signaling independence from the Feds - look more like corporate logos than flags. They give off that weird 'anyone could live under these colors' vibe.

Before the era of Nationalism people mostly used banners and heraldry and/or provincial colors. The flag is really more of a 'bind these ethnics together under one symbol' kind of device birthed out of the nationalist movements; thus I find it weird when the People element is stripped out of the flag. That's why something like the French tri-color, or the Canadian pale still register as Flags to me - but these new creations seem like they should have a ™ in the corner.

Do you do cardio? Keeping up with cardio will help put your BPM lower when resting.

I've been able to get my BPM to the 40s (maybe even upper 30s?) when resting -- been able to set off alarms when I've been under medical supervision; helps to see if the medical staff are actually paying attention lol.

I have eaten my Beach Cliff sardines in mustard sauce.

The mustard sauce added no flavor, which is strange. You'd expects something literally tinned in mustard, visibly yellow, would taste like mustard, but no.

Sardine flavor is not the best. It is mildly fishy but it doesn't have a very strong taste either.

What I did really like about this brand is that there are no bones?? I thought every tin of sardines had bones. The biting into bones thing was why I never tried sardines twice. The tin doesn't even advertise itself as boneless. I am very confused.

Beach Cliff is not very good. As a general rule don't spend any less on deenz than King Oscar, it gets dicey. If you try KO deenz and don't like them then deenz aren't for you imo.

Beach Cliff is also bone-in, unless it says boneless on the packaging it has bones. They're just so soft from cooking you don't notice them, not even the spines. Bone-in is for the white man.

IE some athletic men could weigh 210 lbs at 6 foot. You would consider them to have a very healthy body, but would be considered overweight.
