"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Nigger I've gone to Publix and hhgregs, you dumb fags refuse to accept that maybe I'm just right and what I see if different from you. You lack actual theory of mind, like a child or an animal or an autistic person. I keep saying this and you keep repeating the same thing. You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about but still act indignant. I'd list every store I've gone to but I don't want to provide information I shouldn't on accident.
How convenient for you to fall into your gay little “I only address my responses one issue at a time, like a judge” cope in order to accuse me of lacking theory of mind, when the crux of my post was that you yourself have demonstrated such a flaw, especially when you focus on the less important part of the sentence (going to Walmart as opposed to those Walmarts being in coastal cities). This strategy works fine when people are disingenuous, but I’m telling you, straight up, your perspective does not apply to the entirety of the US let alone the majority you East Coast fag.

You've mentioned being in Florida so this doesn't help whatsoever, but if you're ever in an area that has a Wegman's that would be the place to look for interesting cheese. They have a cheese section where they have cheese-making people and misting chambers etc.

Reactions: I'm a Silly
Gay shit aside, you've taken your limited perspective and applied it to the entire country, and when people tell you "No, that's not how it is" you lose your own theory of mind and double down on your retarded take.
I could get what I wanted anywhere in Europe. I cannot get what I want where I want to live in America. It is you who are telling me that what I am living is wrong. I'm sure you can get whatever in the city. There are huge, enormous swathes of this country where you can only get wonderbread and shredded cheese. If this reality (that I can confirm is a reality because I live in it) angers you, I don't know how to comfort you or help you, but I'm not going to lie to you. The rural markets here are poverty, and the city isn't much better. I have seen better options in metropolitans, but by much.

Again I don't know why you're angry at me and telling me what I've seen is wrong. I'd list every store chain I've gone to and inspected but I don't want to somehow pinpoint all the places I've been because I don't know how localized these chains are.

It's just really bizarre being INSISTED by people that I'm wrong when I know I'm not wrong because I'm here and I'm aggressively going out of my way to find new things. At some point I'm forced to assume it's an intelligence thing. There's just people who are not smart enough to understand per capita who post on my website and talk to me.

"america has cheese, you're just being a myopic cheesecel prude who doesn't shop at American store wegman's"
America, according to this thread and the people violently angry at me for denying the supremacy of the United States empire:

I'm just in utter shock and disbelief that nobody believes me when I say I look for new places to try. Like, do you honestly think I'm just lying? That I'd rather be angry at a problem that doesn't exist rather than be happy that I'm wrong and have access to quality groceries where I live? Do you HONESTLY think SO LITTLE OF ME that this is your opinion you're willing to argue over, and over, and over again for literal years???

I just wish more people shot themselves in the head rather than post on the Internet.

Wasn't angry at you Nool just giving a recommendation for one of the only grocers I've seen that even comes close to what you seek.

I've gone to Publix and hhgregs

"I went to Walmart, Walmart Jr., and Wal-World, and they all had the same products! I have shopped everywhere and nobody has it!"

You can't make this shit up. Go to a store that only sells food, not food and electronics and sporting goods and office supplies and lawn mowers.

Or try a fucking farmers market

American food as an industry has been fucked over by the FDA imposing literally every restriction and strong armed law under the sun to penalize local grocers and farmers from producing and selling their own produce while promoting factory farming and the addition of chemical additives in our food. There's no reasonable excuse why Americans shouldn't be eating gourmet food every day while we have literally some of the most fertile and prosperous land on Earth.
Years ago I saw a popular documentary called Food Inc. about this very topic. In a nutshell, it seemed like yet another example of the state putting its dirty fingers into another lucrative pot. Maybe I'll rewatch it someday to see if it wasn't Michael Moore/Al Gore type bullshit propaganda because I honestly can't remember.

hey dumbfuck, go search Publix and find the people telling me to go to Publix. I am responding to the people telling me to go to Publix. There are people who have demanded I go to Publix. Don't go to XYZ, go to Publix! You're in Florida, go to Publix! I went to Publix, it doesn't have anything comparable to Europe.

I'm about to just straight up start banning people deliberately wasting my time.

You disingenuous faggot, I live in the underpopulated part of the country you are making these accusations towards. I'm telling you, your Florida perspective, a state with almost 10x the people per square mile as mine, is inaccurate.

Depending on where you live it can be literally impossible to find fresh baked bread leavened by yeast. When I first moved back I wanted live yeast. I called up Walmart, a local pizzeria, and a local bakery and asked if they had live yeast. Walmart only had dried yeast and their bakery received its bread as frozen dough already leavened. The pizzeria received its dough the same way. The bakery only made sweets and had zero products that required yeast. The nearest whole foods was 90 minutes away.
Dried yeast is live yeast. This is dried yeast, it is alive and lasts for years in the fridge. You just have to wake it up in warm water. Liquid yeast is really only used for industrial brewing and has a very short shelf life.

In my opinion, the best selection of the highest quality foods in the US (to include cheese) is at Wegmans. Unfortunately, Wegmans can only be found in the Northeast part of the US. I've been all over the world to many different high development nations and I would agree that the US is at the bottom when it comes to food. I'm interested to know what other Americans think of Wegmans and how it compares it to other grocers in the US. I've been to the other 2 big chains, kroger and whole foods, and I thought Wegmans was superior. I have not been to Publix. Walmart isn't worth mentioning. Of course they suck, they offer way more than groceries and most of their business is government subsidized through SNAP.
Wegmans has a model choo-choo train, publix does not.
More seriously, wegmans has a much wider selection especially for their store brand stuff. Their store brand stuff is usually good quality and a good price. As a person of celiac (poc) they also have the best gluten free selection and labeling of any grocery store.

TL;DR.
Europe has cheese and bread, but the USA has guns and free speech.

Btw my conditions for the "calling me a liar to my fucking face" cheese ban is that it will be permanent unless you do the Cheese Run. You must go to your local store with a piece of paper that has your username on it. You will, at the cheese carousel, take a picture of your username on a piece of paper next to anything that says Limburger or Liederkranz. Send this to <admin@kiwifarms.net>. There must be several of them so you can't buy a single piece online and just throw it in the carousel, it needs to look like a real display. So if you are going to cheese the cheese test you're at least going to have to buy a bunch. I'll also accept a wheel behind glass; it basically just needs to look like you're actually at a store that sells it.

I agree, I would accept far worse quality of food before I would give up my guns. One could beget the other, but not the other way around.
Think of how often the Europeans seethe over American ownership of guns, but how infrequently the Americans seethe over European quality food?
