In this case, the number 18 is not about the age of consent but rather because it is sometimes used as code for "Adolf Hitler", 1 = A | 8 = H.

Similar to the number 88 that is used, sometimes, as a code for "Heil Hitler", 8 = H | 8 = H.

However, in 99% of cases, it is just a couple of numbers.

As for the rune, it is also commonly associated with destruction and rebirth, a theme that also extends to relationships indicating that a relationship must either go through profound change or even end so the people involved can achieve more personal growth and happiness. Which makes sense given the nature of the Life is Strange videogames and their focus on relationships and how these can change, for better or worse.

The males did not boost the workforce. They did not produce large numbers of brown babies to boost the workforce in future. In fact they created a lot of negative effects and a large percentage of voters are willing to vote for the far right again as a result.
