I merely urged Null to look at bitwave.tv.
Then everyone accused me of being a shill, & spouted inaccuracies about Bitwave & Dispatch,
which I then endeavored to clear up since I've been a user of Bitwave since Day 1 & have interacted with Dispatch & found him to be a nice young man despite his negative reputation.

Dispatch is an alright guy for a snek, but it's like watching cancer spread in real time. The "lul i can't control people" line is only going to work for so long.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as "nigger", is in fact, Streaming/nigger, or as I've recently taken to calling it, Streaming plus nigger. Nigger is not a streaming platform unto itself, but rather another requirement of a truly free-speech streaming platform, made useful by the protections of US law.
Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of Streaming which can't get a break is "nigger", and many of its users are not aware that it is basically a streaming platform, with the permission to say nigger tacked on.

I can't decide if that's smart or really fucking stupid.

Anyway, I wish Dispatch the best with his platform, but having been built by one guy with several targets on his back and with no apparent profit method or investment, it just feels very fly-by-night right now. And having that clown that was in here earlier spamming it wasn't a good look.

No one will ever trust a website run by Dispatch. Shame because I actually like the UI. I might be a fucking idiot because I don't know shit about web stuff, but does it being open source mean it could theoretically be self-hosted?

Sure, but who said it was open source? I don't see any links to source repos anywhere.
