So I watched Null's latest livestream, and I don't think I've ever heard of childhood molestation victims becoming trannies in adulthood, isn't the running theme with trannies supposed to be that they're sex offenders trying to dodge their history by getting a name change and putting people who would speak out on their backfoot by joining a minority group? Is there supporting evidence like a scientific study or two?

That actually makes some sense between that concept and the concept that trannies are failed men who are trying to start over with a clean slate by becoming women to open up new dating pools to try and find a mate, they probably make up a large proportion of MtF trannies.
 
My friend runs the Kiwi Farms Archive. Currently the channel has received a Community Guidelines Strike for Spam/Deceptive practices:

You will notice if you go to the video that you cannot view it. Due to this strike the channel cannot post community updates, upload videos, etc. which will apparently be in place for 1 week. An appeal has been made, but we know how those go. If I hear anything more from my friend, I'll let you all know.

He specified FtM with that for a reason. It's very common for female molestation victims to attempt to make themselves sexually unappealing to their abuser, the classics are food control (anorexia), hyper-eating (morbid obesity), becoming a lesbian, and cutting. Now we have transition, aside from the transtrender-types doing it for attention, you'll notice pretty much every FtM has the same sort of
abuse -> male aversion -> classic become unappealing tactic -> transition
route that they follow.
The MtF are the original fetishists who usually do all of it to satisfy a kink, while 'going on T' (testosterone) then causes hypersexual thoughts to develop in plenty of FtM, it's why you see places like r/ftmspunished (don't look at that if you're eating) pop up. The whole thing is a tangled mess of mental illness but there's a very strong gender split in the reason each sex generally chooses to transition.
