This is beyond mind-bending. She's completely out of it. Any surgeons who perform further procedures on Madonna need to be charged with elder abuse. I want to say that, if this were my mother, I'd be begging and pleading with her to get a grip, get treatment, get help, snap out of it...but Madonna listens to absolutely nothing and nobody except those who nod their heads eagerly all day long, laugh at her unfunny jokes, tell her she's a legend and a trailblazer and Artiste, and enable her in whatever she desires. It's been this way for four decades for Madonna. She hasn't lived in reality for almost half a century, and she's always been a rude, narcissistic, top-tier asshole.
I just can't believe this is the same Madonna who, back in the day, would have been viciously mocking and laughing at the creature she has now become. There's just no going back to a lucid mind or a humanoid face for her!

What confuses me is why surgeons have totally reshaped her head. Even a few years ago when she was still getting work done she had a fuller face shape and good bone structure:

I love all of her studio albums from Madonna to Rebel Heart, but Madame X was just a tragic shitfest. It's sad to see how clownish she's become. I doubt she'll ever make good music again. She'll continue to go with rent-a-rappers and hip-hop type music to try and show she's down with gen z or whatever.
