Madonna's career in the 80s and 90s was based on asking, "Why shouldn't a woman in her 20s and 30s use her looks to be the biggest slut she can?" Madonna in the 2020s is the answer to that question.
 
Madonna seems to have gotten into a feud with 50 Cent recently over some comments he made mocking her photos on Instagram. She posted this video in response to his apology, complete with a terrifying filter:

It's possible that Rosselini is telling the truth and hasn't had anything done but it's much more likely that saying so is part of her deal with Lancome. People in the public eye all have work done, not just women. If they are sane and aim at achieving a look that is 15-20 years younger than their actual age they look "natural."

The dad is still alive? I will always believe he fiddled Madonna. Same name as her mother, looked like her, apparently used to climb into his lap constantly and into bed with him as a young child (source: her brother's book, which wasn't even that revealing), hated the new stepmom, Sean Penn looked just like him, the song "Oh Father"...something happened there. The acting-out part is obvious.

This is just sad how the journo is trying to skirt the fact Madonna's getup is tacky as fuck. It doesn't matter if you combine a pattern with solid colors correctly if what you're wearing isn't age appropriate, you'll still look like an horrifying trainwreck.
