I mean there seem to be several cards that are OK payoffs for doing Emry loops with historic cards (although the one that draws cards is 1 per turn'd) so if there's a deck that's where it will be. There's also a sneak attack artifact without a sacrifice trigger for 3+4mana activation because Tron didn't have enough ways to end the game for 7 mana.
I would say the thing most primed to do something busted is the RW costed Legend that pings based on historic cards entering, like that could be an easy win condition if eggs or lantern control became a thing again.
Oh boy did I love me some KCI, but some of the loops were really time-consuming. If you played against someone not familiar with loops, explaining it felt like cheating.

Let's be honest, the real ban hammer needs to be on Thoracle. All this stuff keeps breaking because of the fucking fish.
The genius that made thoracle demand counterspells to not instantly lose deserves to be beaten with a sack of coins. After all, you're rarely playing thoracle for the filtering, you're playing it for the fact that it's a 2 mana 'counter this now or lose' and the fact that it's an ETB means kill spells do nothing to it.
