I own a crypt, its good that it got yeetedI'm loving the meltdown from investor players. I've had several people tell me they're considering quiting the game already.
Do people actually buy singles to invest in the year of our lord 2024? Knowing WOTCs reprint policy already, they deserve to get felted. This is just like meat hook massacre all over again.I'm loving the meltdown from investor players. I've had several people tell me they're considering quiting the game already.
Faggot Youtubers like Alpha Investments.Do people actually buy singles to invest in the year of our lord 2024? Knowing WOTCs reprint policy already, they deserve to get felted. This is just like meat hook massacre all over again.

I owe a few copies of each banned card from either lucky pulls or straight trading. They're about a valuable to me now as they were then. Gonna miss Dockside in treasures though.Do people actually buy singles to invest in the year of our lord 2024? Knowing WOTCs reprint policy already, they deserve to get felted. Doubly interesting when Lotus was most recently reprinted last year and Nadu was printed just this year. Normally they (well, their handlers at WotC) would drag their feet to avoid hurting sales. So the retards that run EDH tripped
Over doing something smart.
Jeweled Lotus, Dockside, Mana Crypt and Nadu got banned.
IMO Ring in EDH has taken on a similar role to Brainstorm in Legacy: Probably unhealthy for the meta, possibly even broken, but it's such a well known part of the meta that TPTB hold it to a different standard.Cowardly Faggots didnt nix Sol Ring unfortunately
They outright said that in the announcement today, but I don't think things should be left just because "Its a staple of the format"IMO Ring in EDH has taken on a similar role to Brainstorm in Legacy: Probably unhealthy for the meta, possibly even broken, but it's such a well known part of the meta that TPTB hold it to a different standard.
All 3 should go, Fast Mana is just bad for the format.Or maybe they just wanted quick mana to be available on a budget, we can't all get Vault or Lotus Petal
I disagree with the current state of the game, but mostly because I can see green overrunning the game because of ramping. You'd be essentially neutering the other colors until their ramp like niche is expanded upon. All 3 should go, Fast Mana is just bad for the format.
My edh group is caught between half of them having a meltdown because they own multiples of the banned cards, half of them arguing it was a good thing to ban them regardless of how much people paid and me laughing about the whole damn thing.I'm loving the meltdown from investor players. I've had several people tell me they're considering quiting the game already.
Gonna ban ramp next? They outright said that in the announcement today, but I don't think things should be left just because "Its a staple of the format"
Legacy would be better off without Brainstorm, Vintage would be better off if they just restricted Workshop and EDH would be better without Sol ring.

LD is playable. I ran Wort, the Raidnother a ways back and conspiring things like Mwonvuli Acid-Moss can be tons of fun. Or if you prefer, white-red artifact bullshit with Soulscour, Keldon Firebombers, and Epicenter. (Worldpurge is good indirect anti-ramp as well.)I disagree with the current state of the game, but mostly because I can see green overrunning the game because of ramping. You'd be essentially neutering the other colors until their ramp like niche is expanded upon.
White has the land tax like catch-up effects, red and black can have variations on rituals and blue has card draw.
I'd also like to see more land destruction printed, but wotc are cowards and the player base are whiny babies about it.
Right now..it has both the fast mana and the Good Ramp, and with the amount of Mana-rocks around anymore everyone has some amount of passable ramp. The Issue with Green's ramp is that they have the same card under different names half a dozen times.I disagree with the current state of the game, but mostly because I can see green overrunning the game because of ramping. You'd be essentially neutering the other colors until their ramp like niche is expanded upon.
I would ban some of the redundant shit if WOTC would agree to stop being faggots and printing some Explosive Vegetation variant every other set.Gonna ban ramp next?
The Big Problem is that most LD doesn't really do anything..or comes in too late.LD is playable.
I opened an etched Lotus from commander masters and I'm honestly considering getting the thing framed in a 10x12 just for shits and giggles.I own a crypt, its good that it got yeeted
In my pet deck I got a Lotus too (that is where my crypt is as well).I opened an etched Lotus from commander masters and I'm honestly considering getting the thing framed in a 10x12 just for shits and giggles.
It truly depends on the deck, but I’m sure that there’s something to replace it. Forbidden Druids would be hilarious to be the replacement, but if this is a pet deck I’m not sure you want to make a meme replacement. What’s the deck?In my pet deck I got a Lotus too (that is where my crypt is as well).
I just dunno what I am gonna put in Lotus' place, I counted Crypt as a Land so I am just gonna shove a Triome or something in it's spot..I have all the good ramp already. Unless I am actually insane enough to attempt Forbidden Orchid/Oath of Druids in EDH.
