Edit : Also I think we are getting a change to the EDH rules about Sideboards soon, Avatar has a bunch of Lessons, Strixhaven 2 : The Room of Classified things is coming and Learn is a major mechanic on that plane..and the turtle set has this.

I'm sure that these wonderful constructed cards released in a set for constructed play will again convince constructed players to crack packs.

Also, TMNT is already a peak niggerfatigue setting since all 4 turtles are Wu-Tang Clan Blacks, don't need to select the Niggra O'Neil version to round it out. At least let the 2-3 black people that play MtG live out their dreams of banging the hot ginger white girl vicariously though their favorite turtle self insert FFS.

I am sure they will see play in commander outside side of TMNT theme decks too.

April is worse than other draw options like the Archmages that draw you cards because she requires it to be your turn so you can't interact at instant speed and draw

The Duo Card...is expensive eternal witness in blue. (Or an incredibly bad bad Mulldrifter/Nulldrifter)

White Gifts Ungiven and Ninja Wheel of Fate are kind of interesting just because they are instant speed but any difference between them and anything that people use now is Marginal at best. 3W get the third and fourth best legendary out of your deck isn't exactly worth writing home about. Unexpected Windfall gets you treasures to spend in addition to looting so i kind of think it is at least on par with Raph's Tech. (Windfall also does fun things with Copy effects)

Raphael Tech is just sad, 3cmc is the most you can have the effect be playable (but then it's not really instant, it's a very specific timed sorcery that's also going to bounce something to hand in red, probably the worse ETB color) but discard hand draw 7 is only good if it's me only to synergize with what I wanna do or everyone all the time because I'm going to fuck them with a draw spell hate combo.

I think Turtles Forever would almost be on the verge of being playable (in commander where you can politic with the designated picker) EXCEPT for the legendary requirement. If I could just ask someone to let me get a hate bear to fuck with players 3 and/or 4 I'd be interested but the hate bear population really dwindles with the Legendary Only clause.

at 6 Mana Instant speed..in a Standard that doesn't have infinity sets in it RaphTech would probably be a 1 or 2 of, an Instant Speed Wheel at 6 mana is kind of good since you can untap and use all those new cards.

Turtle's Forever..is only held back by the fact that the other 2 get shuffled instead of going to Graveyard, 99% of Gift's Ungiven's Brokenness comes from the fact cards go to the Graveyard.

Sure, if it was self only I'd see it playable in control. But six mana (or 3 mana at basically sorc speed with a requirement) seems very iffy for letting my opponent also refill hand if they want (unless maybe they reprint smothering tithe into standard) or you're playing slow combo against a deck with no meaningful instant speed interaction

I was curious and looked into it, looks like she might have had some connection to a black woman but was not black.
