Feedback Make a VTuber Sub-Forum

Reason: I noticed that there is actually a HUGE amount of people who only register on this site to post in the VTuber thread

These are only people that *ONLY* post in the VTuber thread. This is more than a good number of Sub-Forums and a good amount of Lolcow threads. This is not including people that post in other threads which is way more than this.

So I think it would be best for the site if there is made a sub-forum for them. This would probably increase population of the site given how many people only came here to post in one thread.

I say this as someone who has never posted in the thread.

Judging by how the ones that post mostly there act outside, it's probably like A&N, except way more sinister, because it implies they were fucked up enough to be banned from /vt/ and other horrifyingly autistic imageboards/sites that may discuss their interests.

Traditional web forums still have advantages over anonymous image boards and Reddit. For those (like me) who prefer the traditional forum form, there's not much in the way of alternatives.

I don't think a vtuber subforum would really be "on topic" on the Farms, but it would be great to have another forum that the great community which has built up in that thread could migrate to so that we can do things like separate threads and subforums. Maybe a special instance of Sneedforo? We could put the software through its paces and Josh could get this degenerate weeb bullshit off of the Farms.

Real talk, does it matter in the end? If there are enough people interested in something, it's probably for the best. they get their own spot where they can congregate. I have no idea how many people are actually interested in vtubers or why internet famous can't just catch them all. For some reason though in the last 6 months I can't escape mention of them around here.

I say give them their hug box. If it's busy/good, fine. If it's not it can be gotten rid of.

I think it's a good idea on principal of readability and expanding the userbase but if that many are exclusive to one thread, they're not going to join the larger forum culture or support the site. You're also then asking Null to pick jannies to sweep it from a pool of users doesn't know and has contempt for. If they spilled into other threads, a containment sub would be good. But if they keep it in their thead then whatever.
