Garbageperson is not a fair comparison. It is the most thankless job ever, by far, and you don't see people advocating for it because it isn't something anyone should want to do. But people are advocating for women in other "unpleasant" and physically taxing jobs.

It's a perfectly fair comparison. It's a job, it needs doing, and it's dominated by men. Not all jobs are pleasant, rewarding or have rich career prospects, but it's good to know that you tacitly acknowledge you don't want women anywhere near it.

I can only find a book of poetry they've written in Australia, but they seemingly have no career info on the Green Left site beyond two other stories and they have no twitter or facebook & name searches are surprisingly empty. The Green Left appears to be also published as a physical zine? But the twitter and facebook links on site point towards deactivated or non-existent accounts, only the Youtube channel is heavily populated with shorts & the radio show site is up.
