Here's the story behind it that I've deduced: The picture was made by a self proclaimed 'ironic weeb' who translated "sex" into katakana and got セックス, because that was a funny meme for ironic weebs at one point. The セ has disappeared because they don't know what they're doing. Maybe they copied only part of the text and since they can't read katakana they didn't realize the obvious mistake.

If you think you might be interested in this, go learn katakana and hiragana. It's very easy. Katakana has the most immediate benefit because it's used to transcribe loanwords into Japanese, and Japanese is full of English loanwards. So even if you can't speak a lick of Japanese, if you see something written in katakana, you can probably understand it if you know how to read it.
