Maybe this is the catalyst for him to turn his life around; he'll shave, cut his hair, change glasses and lose weight in order to not be recognizable when compared to the photo. His new diet and exercise routine force him to go out more and he develops friendships and interests outside of yiffing in hell. He gets a job and moves out of his childhood bedroom, even uses the money he's saved from his job and laying off the stuffies to buy a set of sheets for his bed.

Probably not but there's always hope.

I say he was actually feeling heroic at the moment in which this picture was taken. It took guts for him to arrange this shot and strike that pose. He's thinking to himself, "This is who I am, and that's okay. I am stunning and brave right now." He felt so good about this picture that after looking at it, he decided to share it with the world at large in an age of artificially intelligent facial recognition.

It wasn't until he sobered up that the weight of it all began to sink in.
