Manhunt launched for 'multiple shooters' after at least 4 killed and 18 injured in Birmingham

A manhunt has been launched for “multiple shooters” who killed four and injured 18 more when they “fired upon a large group of people,” in Birmingham, Alabama, police said early Sunday.
At least four of the wounded have “life-threatening injuries,” Birmingham Police Department officer Truman Fitzgerald told a news conference hours after the incident, which he said occurred in one of the city’s “most popular entertainment districts.”

Photo and video posted to social media following the shooting showed at least two individuals apparently injured on the ground outside, as well as some people's emotional yelling as they awaited medics.
Fitzgerald said officers arrived on the scene shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday “when they observed two adult males and one adult female who was unresponsive on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound.”

Medics pronounced them “dead at the scene,” he said, adding that the fourth victim was pronounced dead at the nearby UAB hospital. The hospital said it treated a total of 12 people.
“We believe that multiple shooters fired multiple shots on a group of people,” he said. “Our detectives are working to confirm whether the shooters walked up on the victims or drove by in a vehicle, and that’s why we need the public’s help,” he added.

“There’s no one in custody,” he said. “Rest assured, we are going to do everything we possibly can to make sure that we uncover, identify and hunt down who was ever responsible for preying on our people,” he added.
Fitzgerald did not speculate on a motive, but said investigators were “told that all of the victims were out in the open, on either a sidewalk or the street. So this group of shooters fired upon these victims when they were out in the open. We were not told that this happened inside of any business.”

In a later statement, police said they believed the shooting “was not random and stemmed from an isolated incident where multiple victims were caught in the crossfire.”
He also urged businesses with security cameras in the area to check their footage and provide anything relevant to investigators.
The department said it was working with the FBI and ATF on the investigation.
It is the second mass shooting in the city this year. In July, four people were killed at a nightclub.

The clusters of flowers are pretty but only wear them in your hair if you want to smell like cum.

Bradford Pear Trees, no pears but they’re very hardy in the Midwest weather and resistant to pests, but they’re invasive to native trees.

And in the spring it’s the opposite of uplifting and energizing walking under one/being near one

Nailed it. It's been ages so I forgot exactly what they were but you never forget all of downtown smelling of cum.

I'll grant you Gary, Indiana. Hoo boy is that rathole a literal Hell on Earth, but, other than that, I don't see Indiana as a particularly bad state overall, and I've been in a Hell of a lot worse places all across the US.
Gary didn't used to be like that. After all the niggers moved in en masse, the murder rate skyrocketed and then the population dropped from the murder and white people leaving. TND.

I am aware that Gary use to be a thriving industrial city.

Those days are long past.

It's so bad now, even the air you breathe in Gary is tainted with rust, and, on windy days, you can feel the crunch of the grit dust between your teeth.

A miasma of that rust and gritty smog lays over the whole city.

By blood or sweat, we will get there yet. By God we will have our home again.

Birmingham AL niggers are the worst! I wasnt racist until I lived near Bham for way too damn long. Its the most racially and economically stratified cities I have experienced, nothing but corrupt politicians, lazy hateful niggers, and pearl clutching antisocial whites. Its impossible to live without having daily reminders of the cities past and its inhabitat's shitty fearful attitudes. Filthiest city too, HUGE trash problem on the streets because everyone is either too lazy or prideful too do anything about the issue. Even Selma AL is cleaner! Bham could burn to the ground and I wouldnt lift a finger or give the thought of helping. Fuck Bham, Im never stepping foot it that miserable city again.
