I have a weird technical issue with NOMAPs.
If us normals have dry spells, we still ogle, we still masturbate, we still get sexually aroused. SO DO THEY. They still ogle. They still have sexual feelings toward children. Even if they don't touch children.
They are literally going to parks, malls and pools near you, looking at your kiddies to store away for the spank bank later. Working with children with nobody the wiser, just like men enjoy being around beautiful ladies, women being around handsome men. Look don't touch. Maybe they're also taking stealth pics, or masturbating to Disney shows or child stars. Maybe little North West in her crop tops.
Even clothing catalogues. Maybe they buy little girl's panties at the store and wank into those. Mommy bloggers vlog and post their children naked/half naked. Some family vloggers have content so revealing into their daily lives that the footage and material relating to their children is not only invasive, but seems like bait to paedophiles. They could be looking at that cute picture of your toddler you just had to make your Facebook profile picture and thinking something other than 'wow she looks like her daddy! so sweet!'
Doing and getting off to that shit doesn't make them non offending. Just because they aren't literally fucking a child. They're still offending. That's exactly what they do. YouTube had(has?) a huge issue with pedophiles swarming YouTube channels run by kids and making sexual comments towards them. A kid might upload a video of herself dancing and pedos would comment all over it. A seemingly innocent video that no normal person would think twice about is jerk off material to these people.
I *think* youtube started automatically disabling comments on videos containing children for this reason.

Like, why wouldn't they try to slyly cater to these people? If they're already broadcasting the most intimate moments of their lives, their most vulnerable states, their children's most vulnerable states for cash, then why wouldn't they dedicate a video to their kids playing in the pool, or taste testing phallic looking foods etc.

Any innocent content that might have a child in a revealing position, and that includes a lot of family vloggers. I don't think it's intentional on the part of the vloggers, at least not most of the time, just that they're normal people and don't think of their child as sexual in any sense at all. I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't at least one channel doing it intentionally though.

Yes and no.
Legally, they haven't committed the actual crime. However, they are still subjecting themselves to the temptation to commit it, and much like a recovering alcoholic who lingers by a liquor store every day, they are still entertaining the thoughts, and that temptation can and will override your judgment if your restraint falters even once. And continually tempting yourself is playing with fire, and considering the fire these "non-offenders" are playing with, that is very, very dangerous of them.
Ironically, the Bible agrees with your take. Jesus said if your eye causes you to sin, it would be better to rip it out than let it be a snare towards doing the act, and just entertaining the thoughts of doing something wrong means you are already halfway there to doing it anyway. Even if you aren't Christian, the logic still holds, and if they were truly not potentially going to offend, they'd avoid the temptation to begin with.

Regardless, it couldn't hurt to get these accounts cancelled. It could at least stop the publicity of this degeneracy and slow their normalcy in society

It's Sweden, literally one of the most pro-pedo countries in the west (that officially recognizes and funds foreign child brides). Pretty sure, as someone living there, that it will definitely not be completely unbiased. One can hope though.
