Stumbled upon an account on Twitter that's either excellent bait or a gigantic red flag.
They keep insisting that they're not bait and that pedophilia is a legitimate sexuality, worthy to be protected against hate and evul evul people who speak against it.
Their entire account is either MAP acceptance posts, ass-patting themselves for reporting anti-MAP folks, or reposted loli and shouta artwork.
I couldn't find any interesting information about their identity except for this picture which is supposed to legitimize their ailment.
The document in the back is written in German, so the account owner is presumably German or lives in a German-speaking country.
The medication is especially used for hormonal issues in women and and men, inappropriate sexual behavior among others.

It's weird to hear that name twice when I'd never heard it before. In the 8chan /v/ thread they appeared as an org being shilled by 8chan's loli board creeps in the thread this guy linked. It wasn't related to the part he was quoting from the thread, but I thought it was weird to see. I guess I'm not shocked to hear they're not really what they claim to be considering the people who support them.

That doesn't shock me. Prostasia are all over the spectrum of libertarian 'sexual liberation' advocating for free access to and destigmatization of child sex dolls and cartoon CP. I wouldn't be surprised if they advocated for full on babyfucking videos to be legal to own and consume (but not record.. wow, great distinction) at some point.
They claim that giving CP to pedos reduces the risk of offending, which I doubt very much, and call themselves a 'sexual harm prevention' organization. Malcolm is the kind of libertarian shitbird who would advocate for sending five year olds down coal mines so that they're more aware of workplace risks later in life and call that 'child workplace harm prevention'.

I tried the search function for any mentions of 'MAPresources' here and couldn't find any, but it's linked from another of those shady 'map positive' Mastodon instances. It links out to Virped, which ofc is notorious for being the bane of many online pedophiles because of the way it 'shames' and tries to reform folk, rather than pandering to their desires.
But the thing that stuck out to me is the link out to the 'Map Support Club' chat. It says the age limit is 13+, and that just rings horrible, horrible red flags for me. Especially with the fact its a group chat. It's no mystery a lot of pedos use support chats to simply mask as wanting to reform and then hook up with others to share material with.

They don't come up with these ideas in a vacuum, and I don't think most of them are smart enough to propagandize others without first being propagandized themselves.
