Map reveals the countries with the biggest penises and breasts – and where they’ve gotten SMALLER

HAVE you ever wondered how the size of your todger or boobs compare to other people across the world?

It's certainly not a competition - but researchers have gone to the trouble of working out where in the world people have the biggest penises and breasts, to satisfy the curious among us.

Average penis size by country: 2024

Health experts at NowPatient gathered data on the average penis size across the world to reveal the countries with the largest members - and where the average size has grown or shrunk over the years.

Brits might not be thrilled with where the UK ranks.

"One body part men can worry about more than any is one that is rarely seen by most people in the world, their penis," medical writer and head of new medicines discovery, Rajive Patel, said.

"Some people will worry about theirs or compare it to others.

"While you may worry about your body’s size or shape, it is important to understand that everyone’s bodies are different and beautiful in their own way.

"Having said that, we wanted to discover which countries have the biggest size on average."

Now Patient experts reviewed data by World Population Review on the average penis size by country for 2024.

Rajive noted that the studies used self reported data - meaning that men reported their own penis sizes, so they may have inflated them by an inch or two.

Research suggests that blokes tend to fudge their actual sizes, as they're trying to attain unrealistic standards, so it's best to take these averages with a pinch of salt.

Sudanese men were deemed to have the largest members in the world, with an average erect length of 7.06 inches.

Blokes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) followed closely, on average measuring 7.06 inches.

Ecuador ranked third, with men reporting an average length of 6.93 inches, followed by Republic of the Congo (6.82 inches), Ghana(6.81) and Nigeria (6.69).
Thailand was deemed to have the smallest average penis size in the world, with men's members measuring 3.71 inches when erect.

Cambodia and Nepal ranked slightly higher, with and average of 3.87 and 3.93 inches.

NHS tips to add inches to your penis

WORRIED about the size of your manhood?
There are some things you can do to help.
According to the NHS, there are a few simple - and painless ways - to add the illusion of a few extra inches. These are:
  1. Trim your pubes - if you've heard the saying "mow the lawn to make the tree look bigger", trimming your pubic hair can do exactly that.
  2. Banish the beer belly - losing weight is a great way to make your todger look bigger. It's not going to look as impressive if you have a beer belly hanging over it.
  3. Get fit - not only will getting fit make you look better, but you'll also feel better. It goes without saying that if you're feeling sexy your love life will also benefit
Brits were listed in between those, coming in at 60th place out of 142 with an average the average member measuring 5.63 inches.

Despite the UK ranking pretty far from top 10 in this division, they still came in above the United States (5.57 inches) and Switzerland (5.61 inches).

Where have penis sizes changed the most?

Rankings have shifted throughout the years, according to the data.

Venezuelan men have seen the biggest increase in size while Italians dropped down in the rankings.

There was an increase in the reported average penis size in Venezuela of over 27 per cent between 2022 and 2024.

In 2022, the average erect length was 5.25 inches, which has shot up to 6.67 inches this year.

Though not as drastic, Brits also saw an increase in average penis size over the last two years, growing from 5.17 to 5.63 inches.

Meanwhile in Italy, the average reported penis size decreased by almost 20 per cent in two years, from over six inches in 2022 to less than five in 2024.

What is the average breast size across the world?

NowPatient also reviewed data on average breast sizes across the world, which indicated that they range AA to D cups.

The largest average breast sizes tend to be found in Europe.

Women in Norway, for example, had an average boob size of C-D.

Brits ranked pretty high in this category, as the average bra cup size is C.

Women in the US also reported an average breast size of C.

Meanwhile, women in African and southeast Asian countries have smaller cup sizes on average.

How to check your breasts

It is important to regularly check your breasts for any changes. Breast tissue reaches all the way up to your collarbone and across to your armpit, so it’s vital to check these areas too.

If you feel or see any changes in your breast you should always consult your GP.

Charity CoppaFeel! recommends checking your breasts monthly, so you can pick up on any changes quickly.

Breasts do change naturally as part of your monthly menstrual cycle, so you should get to know your breasts, how they feel and what changes they usually go through to know if anything is out of the ordinary.

Five-step check

There is a five-step self exam you can do at home to check for any changes.

Step one: Begin by looking in a mirror, facing it with your arms on your hips and your shoulders straight. You should be looking for any dimpling, puckering, bulging skin, redness, soreness, a rash or changes in the nipple.

Step two: Still looking in the mirror, raise both arms above your head and check for the same changes.

Step three: With your arms still above your head, check for any fluid coming from the nipples. This can include milky, yellow or watery fluid, or blood.

Step four: While lying down use your opposite hand to check each breast. Using a few fingers, keeping them flat and together, go in a small circular motion around your breasts. Make sure you feel the entire breast by going top to bottom in these small circles. It helps to develop a system or pattern to make sure every inch is covered. Use light pressure for the skin and tissue just beneath, medium pressure for the tissue in the middle of your breasts, and firm pressure to feel the tissue at the back, feeling down to your ribcage.

Step five: Feel your breasts while either standing or sitting, using the same small circular motions.

Arent those stats all self reported anyway?
All of these studies have ridiculous methodologies and a lot of them are self-reported. None of them involving actually attempting to get the subjects erect and actually measuring them, which you might think is a privacy thing, but given that a large chunk of these studies that aren't self-reported "dude trust me" involving pulling the subject's flaccid dick as far as possible and assuming that will give you an accurate erect length measurement (which isn't true).

Anyway, ignoring the fact the methodologies in these studies is always flawed (for no reason, just hire a stripper or a gay stripper if you really care about the science), I'm going to pretend these numbers are real and choose to blame the change in Canada on the fact our population went up by like 25% in the past couple years and it's all Indians.

When you add a new edge, one vertex on one side and one vertex on the other side increase their degree by 1.
So no matter who fucks who, the total number of fucks is equal for both genders. And given there is a similar number of men and women, the averages are also similar.
No. That means the average between Men and Women as the categories themselves should be 1:1. Pretty obviously the natural language "women and men have the same average number of partners" is someone meaning compare the medians and modes of the two categories. "Average" isn't a mathematical term.

It is entirely possible as @Midwest Midwit says, for these to differ between groups and you're being deliberately contrary to say the comparison is only of the median across groups as a whole. That's not what people are interested in as it is, as you say, rather obvious. What people care about is if the distributions are different between the sets. E.g. maybe men are a more even curve of promiscuity where as women are fairly low as a whole with a peak of hyper-sluts.

(N.b. "hyper-sluts" is not a mathematical term either, but perhaps it could be)

Anyway, as regards this actual study, lets take it at face value which is generous but anyway. What would most men prefer? Some giant floppy breast or a medium beautifully shaped thing that still looks good when the bra comes off? The simple fact that his uses cup size alone introduces problems. @Justa Grata Honoria speaks of German women's cargo crate physiques. Well the same mass that would be a higher cup on some petite Vietnamese woman would look like a bruise on some titan Teutonic woman. Do you really want to compare cup sizes on a woman like this with a woman of this guy's ethnicity? As an average?

As to dicks, just as size isn't the sole guide to a woman's aesthetic qualities, dick size isn't the sole guide to a man's functional qualities. There was that one guy whose dick was so big he could barely maintain an erection. But that aside, when you set aside porn-induced fetishes, a dick is more a case of "is it large enough" than "more inches more better". It's not that, like breast size, it can't bring a quality to things but I feel like for both breasts and dicks, porn culture has created an over-emphasis on one element of something. Which is hardly surprising - porn is a very reductive thing. (Ironic wording given the subject matter).

When people say "average" in context of statistics, they almost always mean the mean. So did I, as the studies reported differences in mean and didn't report medians or modes. Means are, after all, the easiest to calculate.
This is what I was talking about: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6326215/
Men reported a mean of 14.14 lifetime partners; women reported 7.12.
or this: https://gss.norc.org/Documents/reports/methodological-reports/MR068.pdf
In 1988, among all male heterosexuals the mean number of partners reported was 1.84, while female heterosexuals reported only 0.98 partners.
The 1970 NORC survey conducted for the Kinsey Institute (...) found that men had between 7.26-7.44 female partners before their first marriage, while women reported 0.87-0.88 premarital male partners for a ratio of 8.34-8.45:1.
The 1988 Canadian survey (Ornstein, 1989) found that men reported 3.61 female partners over the last five years, while women reported 1.17 male partners for a female-to-male ratio of 3.09:1.
None of those numbers can be a mode or a median, as they're all fractional.
