I have very little faith in Twitch doing anything. The guy sits there for hours feigning distress to his viewers that he won't be able to afford groceries and pet supplies if they don't tip him.

Isn't this in direct violation of their TOS? Yet there he sits doing it six days a week.

Phil doesn't show remorse because that's admitting he did something wrong, and if there's one thing he's consistent about, he never admits he does anything wrong.

Twitch will not do a thing. Phil has been violating their TOS on a regular basis and it's all on video. It is what it is. When he was DMCA attacked twitch unbanned him suspiciously fast.

So this asshole goes on tirades about how criminals are using stolen credit cards to fraudulently tip him while at the same posting personal information people send him for others to see. So how are you not a criminal as well, Dave? Does pigroach logic not extend to hypocrisy?

I'm seriously contemplating whether or not PWdubs (sp?) might actually have a legal case against this filth.

Update: Phil's current damage control strategy is to LIE and say everything on the Driver's License was covered up completely. The goal is to pressure me into having to share more of the uncensored license to debunk him. Then, he'll cry that it was ME all along doxing people!

For those doubting that Twitch would ban anyone even if they make them money: They got rid of their top guy out of the blue when he was making them who knows how much money.

Phil is like a drop in the bucket. A consistent pour in the bucket, but a drop none the less. I'm not advocating him to be banned because that means less milk, but don't be surprised if he does get the boot.

Big ups to Anony, I know it's easy to say now but I didn't doubt you initially because someone to go the lengths you did to come here and shit, you had to have something big.

The thing is DSP is a small fry and makes them some dosh thats how he gets away with it. If some big streamer pulled this shit they would get fucked real quick cause of all the eyes on them. DSP is a nobody who gets less than 1k viewers but gets a good amount of cash from the pigs so he gets away with this shit.
