It seems to be the same or similar choices for the duration of the video.
Delaware looks to be a suburb of Philly, so there's a solid chance of partisanship. (Honestly, ANY county in PA has a strong chance of partisanship; I don't really think there's any 'mixed' counties left, maaaaaaaybe with the exception of Lehigh and Erie.)
However, according to
this link, there is a reason for that: the person sitting across from her is telling her who voted for what:

official statement on it. Or, rather, on a different angle or a different polling station? I don't know if there's a specific address for the videos here in question, if they are the Delaware ones. However, you can see the guy talking to the woman in vid #3.
