Nah, I'm pretty sure he blocked me too. I used to be able to consistently get a rise out of him. Then he'd run away, and I'd goad and belittle him until he reengaged. Lately, he seems to not hear several of the above people, all of whom were quite good at pissing him off. I think he's blocking again.

I generally support pragmatism, but it seems silly to act like anyone who marries because of personality instead of money or force is some sort of gullible moron.

The problem with this idea is that you think men who get women for their personality alone are better than providers. But this isn't so. Men who get women for their personality alone are always dumb-asses and assholes while providers are usually good and decent men. So there is no reason for a man to provide in the west, unless he is actually rich (minimum 5 million).
