Just to be clear - I want an accomplishment of having a wife and kids. I believe this isn't possible in the west (where i'm not geographically but am culturally). My degree isn't in oil engineering or things like that to be able to go to middle east. I don't know where to travel and have considered everything from albania to mongolia.

You need to take fucking babysteps dude. Having a wife and kid won't magically make you not an unhygienic piece of shit with no job and no future. See, one of the conditions of getting welfare (or unemployment insurance/benefit) in Croatia is that you are available and actively seeking work. If you haven't told them that you REFUSE to work, then not only are you committing Fraud against the Gov. (and they come down VERY hard on that) but you are also actively hiding your convictions so you don't lose the little money you get.
