The funny thing is that the stated cards won't run that shit either. You need DX12U, which the RX580 nor the 1060 very much do not support. Found this out the hard way by having a Vega56 that can't even launch the game, but it works fine on a steam deck.
could you emulate it with DXVK?

I had thought Squirrel Girl was a brain rot character (just bounce and shoot) but Peni Parker is also piss easy and I was surprised. You drop the spider nest giving you HoT and overheal plus movement boost and it deploys mines.

She's fairly good at static defense, but she has a speed of your average stationary brick. Better on KotH, but if you're defending Convoy, you can set up a decent blockade. You just need some DPS because her damage is a little anemic that isn't five spider mines to the face.

Her biggest strength is easily being able to disrupt cast animations for ultimates with her web. That, and the enemy team never taking out her nest and letting it wipe them multiple times over.

I won’t stand for this Squirrel Girl slander! She’s a wild card and I love her, her Ult is great if you get the opposing team into a funneled area, and lobbing acorns and having them bounce around corners to hit hiding enemies is awesome! 😅

Don't get me wrong. Squirrel Girl is fun too play and I agree on all points, it's just too easy sometimes.

Throwing her Ult when the opposing team is pushing through a tunnel got for me my first Hexa.

The only players that go after nests are other Peni players in my experience. Nothing better then locking Thor over the area and he drops unto a mine laden area.

I always shit on the scarlet witch with peni.

The game has been fun and ive been enjoying the wild comps of 6 dps or 6 tanks, thought that i would hate it more but im glad role queue isnt a thing and ive changed my mind. Is a breath of fresh air.

One tip Kiwi Bros, a lot of the cooldowns on characters can be animation cancelled to make combos. For example on Captain America you can dive, melee, throw shield, melee and then shield bash all in a split second. It really makes a difference with characters like Spider-Man and Psylocke. On Captain America you can animation cancel melee with sprint and alternate between the two to run after enemies trying to escape.

Overall this game seems to have a lot more depth to its characters then Overwatch in a lot of ways. There are tons of hidden mechanics and tricks you can do of you experiment on the test range.

Been maining Rocket and its a blast tbh. Love zooming away on the map making their divers waste their entire ult.
Never been in to hero shooters like that but like the idea that pretty much every carachter is op in some way. 40k syndrome

BUT! People are retarded in rank (yes yes, every HS ever) on a whole 'nother level. I muted vc first thing I did but come on.

I get that many people are new to playing games with others competitive whilst on a team, but the tanks running in the wrong direction, doing 5k damage AND that I revived 3 times still tell me to "uninstall" because "muh heals" is getting old fast.
I get that numbers mean nothing if you didn't help your team but when I obv did more than the other team combined it's just fucking tiring.

This is not reddit "I play heal, you should be grateful" more that people sperging out acting like ranking up in MR is the one thing the exist for. Maybe because I'm a adult with other hobbies but my dear fellow farmers; why are people so fucking pressed?

I need a team because hearding retarded cats is losing it's charm fast.

I feel better now, thanks

A bit of a necro of the subject, but I can confirm I can play on an RX 570 in both Windows and Linux. (Does complain about graphic driver version but no crashes yet.) It seems Vega cards will always be cursed, maybe one of the worst supported series of cards AMD ever released in recent memory.

The nest itself isn't what provides the healing and speed boost, but actually the surface webbing created. Your web hook and snare abilities also generate webbing on surfaces, so you have near-constant access to a source of healing and armor anywhere on the map.

Imagine Blizzard spending millions of dollars in consultants and constant balancing only to be outdone by coomer chinks.

My friends keep calling this game Marble Warbles because of this girl.

Some Overwatch content creators that I've seen play Rivals enjoy how every character seems busted in their broken, op way.

Yet After Diamond, it's only Hawkeye and Hela being banned.

Put 60 hours into the game and enjoying it so far. Made it into gold for the skin though will probably play more competitive next season. Balance seems to be held together by duct tape. The only way to balance this game is by very small margins. Skins looks cool, but I am shocked at the prices.

Do people that want role queue and balance updates (nerfs) just not like fun? I don't know if this is an unpopular take but this game feels like an actual game that you can just hop in and play for a bit. Not some sort of mental commitment where you have to force yourself to play a different character because the team composition is terrible. Competitive draft pick brainrot from other games is real and people trick themselves into thinking that if they don't win they aren't having fun. Maybe I've just hit a certain age, but I actually just want to play a game to have fun. Not be gaslit into thinking I need to perform better for the sake of strangers on the Internet while facing the benign threat of being shit talked. Also I love the nonexistent balance.
