Did they really call him a meta slave on a tournament with cash incentives? Are these people retarded? If it was just a casual, non-competitive environment, sure, but you're fucking retarded if you don't pick the top heroes in any game where money is involved. What a cope.
 
I cannot believe how much this exploded on social media, I've never played Marvel Rivals or even Overwatch and it was at least half of my feed yesterday. Totally short-circuited the normal route of "be hysterical -> other women join your hysteria -> everyone must join your hysteria or be an outcast (-> optional if serious enough claims are made: courts say you're all hysterical years later)" that these things generally take. I guess when you think about it, streaming is just bodycams for everyone.

Also "google dockey" is so good, that's going to be in my head for days.
 
This shit is so funny, cause it has blew up in the normiesphere and is still ongoing three days later. I literally saw one post about it two days ago, and now my X feed is just filled about it, Moist has made a video today, and the ladies are still making an ass of themselves as of three hours ago on X.

All they just had to do was give a sincere apology and then shut the fuck up till things blew over! :stress:
 
this shit is funny. rivals is fun enough but I kinda dislike how you can usually tell if the chinese algorithm will allow you to win any given game or not. doesn't incentivize me to actually try so I just play whoever and enjoy the coin toss sim. maybe pick a character I like when I know it's a win so I can pad my stats.

Competitive players need to realize that letting women coagulate together is bad for everyone involved. They automatically start shit because they're too busy emphasizing tits and looking to manipulate men to actually play the game and win. At least trannies and pedophiles can be competent at video games, since they're at least still men.

I'm glad Kingsman has recouped more than the tournament winnings, but I think too much attention is going to CeCe and not enough focus is on the ratfucking background game that got him kicked from the tournament.

For anyone familiar with competitive environments the fact that the call his behavior “toxic” is ridiculous. No one was called a faggot once or was threaten to be hit over the head with a keyboard.

It's funny because he did actually back down after some time. Kingsman realized arguing with these loons was a waste of time so he shut his lips. Even though dude stopped talking, the girls kept antagonizing the guy. I don't have the clip but they started calling him a brokie on livestream for trying to pay for college even though he stopped talking.

I watched some similar esports dramas to this one happen before and usually it's not as black and white but i'm surprised how completely innocent kingsman is.

You'd think the GAMER MALE yelled out a nigger tier slur or a kill yourself or was mysoginist but no, he really did nothing wrong. At any point. He was serious and clear about needing the money for college while others didn't care. He was carrying hard and wasn't arrogant. He could've exploded but instead he does a penta kill, panics and ask "how can't you see the problem right now?!" He mutes and goes "we are going to lose. We are goint to lose."

The women involved are so bad that describing them sounds like a strawman. The bad player was seemingly only there because she is someone's girlfriend, a diamond in a team on GMs, 0/5/0 (actually impressive) on high ping and playing an off meta sniper, basically completely feeding. Another woman, the team captain, who didn't participate because she's banned from twitch after telling someone to kill themselves (?), proceeds to shit talk him on every social media comparing his actions to rape (??). His "friend" and duo backstabbed him to join the girls in shitting him for the sake of clout and compares his defenders to israel (???).

No one gave him any respect to the point you wonder why they even called (other than him being literally one of the best in the world). " The boyfriend told the tournament organizer lied adn the guy kicked him out on sight without even talking to kingsman.

And apparently i JUST found out that the boyfriend snitched the TO and revealed discord messages saying the TO asked him specifically to send him anything he can so they can kick out kingsman out of the tournament.

It's like, a genuine case where it was just a normal sane dude trying to win and a bunch of snakes and rats came out to stab him and eat him alive for no reason.
 
I crashed out like Kingsman once in an Star trek online taskforce mission.


To even load into one of those missions was an hourlong commitment, and messing up even one step of the mission cost you the good loot.

We had a drunk old texan in the fleet who was dogshit on ground combat but decent in space.
He jumped directly in the acid soup, costing us the good loot. After he respawned he did it again, costing us ANY loot.

I asked him why the fuck he queued up since he was drunk and he just stuttered like a fucking moron.



I got pulled aside on comms and my fleet leader told me, "This is all that guy has in life, which is why I don't kick him out of the fleet."
He then transfered the E-bucks equivalent to the loot we missed out on, very classy.

Unlike the chingchong bitch here whose temper tantrum got her banned off twitch like babies first bait biter.

Hell, I learned in my first week here saying "KYS" is a stupid thing to do on any website.

I fucking despise Twitch gamer culture, this shit is so fucking highschool. Kingsman got knifed in the back for having the audacity to try and win the fucking competition, his teammates all ganged up against him and started spreading lies because Queen Bitch Cece decided that they shouldn't actually try to win the fucking tournament and just have a "good time".

Because it's Twitch, as long as you are asian, under the age of 30, and have a vagina, you can order the spineless, simpering tournament organizers or moderators to do your bidding without question (maybe it'll get him laid!).

The way she IMMEDIATELY switched to Victim status after spending days shitting on Kingsman while she had the upperhand is infuriating.

This makes me miss the 2000s FGC, competitive COD, early competitive League of Legends, etc cuz back then you were allowed to violently shit on people for being bad at a competitive game and they wouldn't take it personally or try to ruin your life over it. The great irony of modern competitive gaming culture is that the cancellation campaigns that come from it are objectively more toxic than the light criticism of someone's performance in a video game.
