Instead you got the worst of both worlds and now you've got people screaming murder because state officials are calling the mandates off after having negatively impacted the public for months

They are capable of enforcing it. They just refused to. How did a mask mandate negatively impact the economy or personal lives of those living in Texas? I get the arguments against lockdown, but masks? Really?

Well for starters you got people refusing to see how a temporary measure became permanent. Secondly masks don't grow on trees. And if you're one of those people using reusable masks you're a fucking moron doing more harm than any person not wearing a mask is doing.

Well I did say people refuse to see how it's a government overreach.
As for the point about money. If $15 for 50 masks is such a low cost how come there's political campaigns to get tampons supplied for free when it costs just $10 for 30? Also the masks supplied by businesses aren't free in the long run either, those costs will be pushed unto the consumers eventually. You think the record inflation on consumer goods prices last year happened because of magic?
