Once upon a time, MatPat made a theory on some video game by overanalysing the shit out of it, people thought "hey that's some pretty clever thinking, I want to see more of that".

And then Mat made countless game theory videos for 2 years, his most popular videos being the Five Nights at Freddy's theories, this and his recent other vids are why he's been acting like an egocentric asshole who believes that his ideas and interpretations on video games and characters are correct and highly accurate; he believes NONE of his theories are wrong (except for that one retrospective of FNAF where he admits he got a couple wrong) but he still thinks he got everything else right.

This is a dick who thinks that his studies are always right and doesn't take no for an answer, he doesn't want to admit how much he really fucked up in his research. And that's why the video game wikias were more reliable than him.
 
Judging by this post, MatPat is far more reliable and trustworthy to start a thread about MatPat than you are, because he actually - you know - analyses shit.

He made so many FNAF videos because FNAF is popular, thus he'll get tons of views, and thus he'll get tons of google money. Plus the games are so vague that they're just begging for theories to be made.
 
Everyone on youtube got a raging boner about fnaf. He did videos about the series because it's easy views just like everyone else and their mom did.

I don't think he's really lolcow material.

Matpat is a humble ass mother fucker. He's never chimped out over criticism, took anything personal, bitched on twitter or any other act that would make him an lolcow. Also I'm pretty sure his game theory videos are put together by multiple people. He doesn't even take his videos serious all that much and has joked about other theories he's made before countless times.

You just sound like a whiny kid with a hate boner for him.
