So perhaps my biggest issue with America First is their predatory behavior towards minors...and it's consistent with many of them. I've actually put some thought into this and I think Nick actually views the Drama and entertainment as politics. I could be wrong but I think Nick saw the 2016 election, the whole Trump presidency, and the media landscape now and thinks if he can master the showman aspect he can bootstrap the ideas to policy thinking of the apparatus of the state as more of a production set of a show then as a massive and arcane at times series of organ of government and conflicting departments. In his head the show is the politics completely and the reverse. Beardson does know better, he knows the show is a good reaching tool for someone limited as him but thats all it is, and that being the face of something gets you hit being the jester keeps you near the thrown and lots of safety in not being taken seriously
