These people don't know the meaning of the word. It's not having the right opinions, and looking a certain way. (Whether it's loudly having certain views or whatever)

I'd say being empathetic is just like the often used paraphrase of Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics in regards to virtue, it's not an act, appearance, or even a state of being; but a conscious habit people form.

What may as well be funny about this is that it's all from a webcomic that doesn't do much in making a joke beyond "lol a guy got robbed." The rest of it was just the protagonist being sarcastic and a dick to the guy next to her.

Don't forget, making the New Guy into a meme about positivity and empathy just means people are sensitive towards schadenfraude jokes even though the joke itself was shite.

If Matt ever saw this post during a bout of seeing how much his stalkers are noting his latest spergout over an internet meme, he could realize there's an irony to him saying people are really upset about jokes when he got upset over the meme in thinking it's a hate symbol and called someone disgusting for liking said meme because it was positive.

What's infuriating is that he and everyone else crying about transphobic comments are fucking lying.

I did like three searches on twitter with her name and "trans" and even "tranny" and didnt get anything. The only reference to her being trans were people expressing a complete lack of surprise that someone with pronouns in their bio was acting like a piece of trash, or people claiming shes receiving transphobic harassment. None of the actual harassment though. 🤔🤔🤔

Eventually I did find one comment mocking her gender but it was made that night and she locked her account on wednesday.

The claims of him being a sex pest are in the OP of the thread and Matt became gay to deflect those claims. He got an account ban once though.

To be fair skulls are a thing for edgelords anyways. Like with obnoxious dyed hair and problem glasses I'm fine with them being a warning sign.
