I'm an urban explorer as well and he came to me around 2017. He invited me out to go exploring with him and to film me, obviously trying to piggyback as I have 40k followers on Instagram which as you've stated, he's searching for fame wherever and however he can get it. I had broken my foot a few weeks prior so I declined, but decided to hang out with him anyway. I drove out to meet him and the first thing I notice is that he smelled of sweat and wet dog. We just talked for a while when he told me he was kicked out of his parent's house as he had no job and refused to get one. His license was also revoked and he simply decided he didn't need one, which is why he has a dirtbike instead. This was the only time I met up with him for obvious reasons, but we continued to message each other. That's when he asked me if I knew anyone who sold crack and claimed it was for his friend, which I do not believe. We spoke until around the time that Jake of BrightSunFilms and his girlfriend were threatened by Disney, and is around the time that Matt started becoming erratic and at times losing touch with reality as pointed out in some vlogs where he claims he sees Disney security and private investigators following him around where he lives.

Seeing as the person they were associating with has a bit of a criminal record with Disney and a few other amusement parks, I think in this case threatening to fire the employee for aiding them in this illegal behavior is justified.

As for whether or not it's illegal? My best answer, based on what I've read up on it, is "it depends on the situation".

She’s most likely an at will employee with a contract that has a clause stating she cannot he found in association with someone who commits a crime towards the company, especially when he retold stories of said crimes on podcast she participated in.
She was innocent herself, but they probably had enough to throw the book at her. These are Disney lawyers after all

You'd be surprised how true that might be. In California they have a huge private police department and the city of Anaheim is essentially owned and operated by Disney. They control most of the local ordnances that get passed there and have gone to extreme lengths to "beautify" the city, including busing undesirables out of city limits and stonewalling the types of housing developments that might bring too many of certain types of people into the area. It's like a Potemkin Village run by the Mouse out by the park.

A guy like this who is (possibly?) homeless could actually be hounded out of the city by literal Disney MIBs if it was in Cali.

I’ve been in Anaheim a lot, it’s filled with “undesirables” especially around Disney. There’s a crippled homeless man who plays the sax outside the Disneyland gate literally all day everyday, and there’s poor housing just a block away

I like watching his fuckery and his horrible editing and amateur filming techniques makes his content feel like some old youtube shit. I'll always watch his "Exploration" videos because they're damn entertaining and the fact that they're illegal adds another layer of entertainment on that.

At the end of the day I dont give a fuck what happens to Matt, and I dont give a shit about Disney either, if anything his videos serves as an example of the decline of maitnece and security in the Parks that Disney needs to step up.
