I don't really buy his channel stats. Just from September 2021 his channel has spiraled into "irrelevancy" three times, and each time it was 'saved' by an enormous, never before seen influx of YT Shorts views. Not channel views. His channel views are pretty abysmal in comparison and only 1/10th of his overall views.

It wouldn't be that suspicious if YT Shorts weren't known for being so easily viewbotted that you essentially make no money off of them. You can just open up privated tabs to drive up those views.

The problem with this is if you are suspected of doing it companies can spot that pretty easily and won't sponsor you. And what do you know? Matt is notorious for having basically no sponsors.

This is completely ignoring that all his other channels are being dropped for lack of views and his Twitch stats are a dumpster fire of him barely breaking 800 viewers most months.

After looking at it closer, there's something borderline autistic about his views. Whenever his stats start dropping he seems to just buy almost exactly double the amount he had the previous month, plus or minus margin of error since he can't be sure how many exactly he'll get naturally.
