@Um... that is the first declaration that meigh wrote, regarding the dvro that faith is alleging that the ragepig has violated. i believe that meigh has since written another declaration for the ragepig to include in his recent court filings, in which he is alleging that the vickers allowed iziah valle to groom and/or molest faith. screenshots of the second declaration that is now being discussed were posted by one of the paypigs on twitter, and could have only come from the ragepig himself, which is yet another violation of the dvro.
