Interesting. I’ve never seen any allegations/accusations being described as a PLEA before in any court document and or court and I’ve seen quite a few (and no, not because I’m a criminal). I only know pleas to be in response to any formal charges and/or civil suits brought against someone. I’m not sure how the above source really proves that, either, but if he’s in law school, I guess I’ll take his word for it. Was gonna ask if he’s from another country, because I don’t know how it works outside the US.

Dude. You've been told by 5 people, and 2 of us gave you the link (Cornell's LII is a quality source). Early filings in civil actions are called pleadings.

That is different than a criminal plea, which is a specifically criminal concept.

Let's try this:
