I'm putting my money on it being Ralph. These feel like they are written by someone who thinks they are smarter than they are. Ralph knows that if he has a sock account to go after the Vickers he has to be able to have some form of deniability. Lets not forget that at one point Ralph wanted to be a journalist, and has some of a college education. He considered himself left-aligned for a long time and was an Obama voter. Within only a few years he swung to being an alt-right streamer who's friends with white nationalists who literally express how they want to out do Hitler. My point to all this is, Ralph knows how to LARP. He's an impulsive, alcoholic, fat Rage Pig for sure.

As we saw on Politically Provoked he is capable of being able to stop himself from responding and lashing out. This is incredibly important because it tells us that not just some, but a high majority of his actions that appear impulsive are either chemically influenced or Ralph making the active and aware choice to be a shit head. The significance of this is that it reinforces the belief that Ralph is perpetually drunk / high and/or his active and conscious mindset is aggressive and destructive. He isn't reacting. he's acting.

Coming back to the tweets, beyond reading like someone trying to larp, there are a few tells. For instance when he says the revenge porn was terrible but can't stop himself from giving himself an ass pat saying it was hilarious too. There are multiple instances that give backhanded or mental gymnast ass pats while trying to act like they aren't. We know Ralph's ego won't ever allow him to take any true L. If he says the revenge porn was bad, it's still hilarious. Ralph may have manipulated Faith, but it was only because she was so shittily parented, etc.

Finally, going off the the previous conceit of ego. Ralph spent the better part of a year not able to directly address Vickers or Faith publicly while they shit on him. There is no way Ralph's piggy brain can handle that. It's the definition of a loss. He had to manage that somehow because we have all seen it is impossible to publicly manage any type of L or even perception of one without immediately reacting. Clearly he needed some way of managing it. This makes the most sense.
