For the first half of the "debate" Deadman throws every accusation he can dig up at Vickers without, understanding, backing up, or showing receipts for a single one. Almost as if someone gave him talking points he knew nothing about. This lead to Vickers shutting him down every time.

In all seriousness, I'm guessing Vickers the retard started with Ethan's self-claimed income of $70k a year, which ball parking makes $1100 seem reasonable. It's a smart play, because now Ralph either has to admit that he was lying about the $70k or pay up.

EDIT: Using this absolute nightmare of a CA Child Support Calculator, using $6k for Ralph's monthly income, $2k for Faith (no idea what she does so this is made up), and Ralph having 5% custody, the child support amount is $1087. So yeah that's kind of where I think the $1100 comes from.

I would say that we all need to buy a lottery tickets because we can predict what Vickers will say or do but like with Ralph, it is extremely easy.
