Ralph truly is the real son Vickers never had. He'd have unironically fit well into their family if he could have gotten his drinking under control. They have so much in common it's uncanny. He gloated about coming from a state with an age of consent of 16, the federal age of consent is set at 18 and Faith's state -- California, has it at 18.
It is said the photos were taken by Faith at the age of 16, which is considered basically CP in California. I believe over state lines, the federal law prevails. I'm probably wrong on this.
