Some words of advice for @MWV, if there is one thing to learn about Ralph, it is that if you just leave him be he will fuck up spectacularly.

It doesn't seem it now with him sperging at Metokur and everyone else on the internet on a near daily basis, but there were periods of content droughts during the harvest. Yet they did not last long and the biggest fuck ups had nothing to do with the A-Logs, all to do with his fat piggy mindset and his overconfidence.

Personally, I think he will make it to the end of this stayed sentence, because he will be on his best behaviour though out, but will be back to fucking up as soon as it is finished and he is hootin' and a hollerin' about how he is a free man again. Which is crazy since the only terms are don't commit crimes - you shouldn't be committing them anyway. It's an insight into the mans mind, he will do what he thinks he can get away with, thus he clearly has a little bit more control over his faculties than first meets the eye.

I think the Alice texts didn't find their mark because they occurred prior to the stayed sentence coming into play, that's my guess as there is not much detail given thus far.

This is exactly what happened. It was essentially a nothing burger. It was in ref to May talking shit on Twitter and Vickers saying that it counts because clearly Ralph was writing the tweets under her name. Ralph wrote a response that was literally "maybe it was YOU who was alogging me!" which caused the hearing. Then the court essentially rolled its eyes and told them to move on.

It is amazing how much Vickers is fucking absolutely everything up. He has an entire website at his deposit that chronicles all the illegal and dumb shit Ralph does every day and his opponent is Ethan fucking Ralph, one of the dumbest shitstains alive who can barely manage to keep himself out of jail as it is, and YET he hasn't managed to get a single real win over Ralph.

At this rate this saga is gonna end with Ralph having full custody over Xander and Mister Vickers having to pay him child support .

I did not see anywhere he mentioned his 5th amendment rights, but he is correct that he could be fully exonerated, attached is a memorandum of law that I sent to the Richmond City Circuit Court regarding the constitutionality of the statute. I will note that I do not have to like Ethan Ralph as a person, to protect his right to free speech.


I will note that the purpose of a restraining order is fairly limited, if the grounds for the restraining order was that they felt in danger, there is significant geographical distance between them to abate that concern. Even if revenge porn was a legitimate crime, despite being clearly a content based restriction of speech, and preempted by intellectual property laws, it is not a "crime of violence", which would form the basis of fear for ones physical safety.

If the grounds for the restraining order is repeated unwanted contact, that will be difficult based on the fact that he is entitled to see his children, and given that the Vickers family frequently discuss Mr. Ralph in a public forum, for which he has the right confront people making public statements about him, for example if Mr. Ralph perceives them as defamatory.

I don't think Mr. Vickers losing has anything to do with the failure to secure the testimony of Mr. Ralph, but that he doesn't have any grounds for relief. Moreover the collateral consequences of a restraining order is losing a constitutional right to access a firearm, so the burden that state intervention is necessary to protect some legal interest is not supported by these factors.
