The whole tax fraud accusation is likely fake and gay, reeking of discord gayops. The only evidence from /cow/ they've given is that Vickers apparently holds many defunct or non-operating LLCs. That isn't evidence of any actual wrongdoing.

There are a lot of reasons why it may be desirable for someone to create a large number of LLCs in the course of operating a business which range from asset sheltering or splitting up assets between different entities to avoid being wiped out completely in a lawsuit or bankruptcy, to operating multiple potential ventures, to legitimate (read: legal) tax avoidance schemes. Having a defunct LLC means literally less than nothing. In all likelihood, it would most likely indicate he didn't pay the yearly sum to maintain registration and merely neglected to dissolve it.

I am fairly certain the 900K figure is wrong here too, and I don't remember him ever saying he made even close to that much. Matt once painstakingly explained how his business operates here on the farms, with him starting that his revenue stream is about a 7.5% profit from a 500-700K monthly revenue. This would put him around the 450K-630K annual profit total for the year.

I'm not a donator(to KC or Ralph), but yes I texted Corinne after Ralph doxed her number on stream and tried to setup an interview for Kino Casino(which she agreed to, but then backed out of after Ralph apologized to her). Andy follows me on Twitter so I just messaged him on twitter for that when he tweeted a reply to one of the Corinne posts to get her on Kino Casino.

Also I didn't change my name, I just changed my display name and avatar on twitter. The avatar I'm using here was my twitter avatar before with the display name "Reincarnated as a Helicopter" and when I told Corinne I was a journalist investigating clogged sewage in the great DC/Virginia area because Ralph clogged the toilet I started pretending to be a journalist.
