We don't. The only real way to verify it is get a copy of the call from the police as well. If they didn't get this from the police with a records request, and it's legit, I wonder where they did get it

Maybe the script was written by Ms Vickers or one of his goutguards. So the call is legit but someone was using a google text to speech service, came from a landline? Not Google voice, lol. I doubt this person will be caught.

Exif showing UTC+3 is meaningless, the person could be simply using a VPN.
