Not just Ralph. When Faith was gone he had no problem shittalking her and putting her dirty laundry up on his blog, threatening to prosecute her for taking the laptop Vickers paid for. He's continued to laugh at her situation even now that she's back home. I specifically remember him chuckling about her forgetting her shoes and taking her brother's instead on her way to get impregnated at Ralph's like it's a funny anecdote.
I was going to say at least Vickers has actually met all of his kids, but after thinking about it... having absolutely no contact with little Xander would be the best possible thing Ralph could do for him.
