It’s up to the Judge, and the more shit Gunt talks and the more he can’t keep their names out of his mouth, the less likely the Judge will be to give Gunt the benefit of the doubt on any of it. Eventually, the Judge is just going to accept anything Vickers claims as a violation as a statement of fact just because Gunt can’t present a valid defense. He just keeps digging that grave.
