It's rather telling that he can't secure uncle Howard's residence for his mail. Not even Ralph's own family wants to put up with his bullshit LMAO.

If there were any doubts about Sisco pulling back after Ralphamania, well, this definitely will either make or break it.

Oh no doubt. The less his family knows about his Internet shenanigans is probably for the best (for him in his mind, anyway). Having to explain himself is difficult enough in front of a judge, much less having to be honest to people who aren't legally obligated to help him in anyway try to be sympathetic to his situation. He doesn't want to risk losing his grandparents' house (which is not likely that he'll receive regardless, but in his mind he believes that he will).

You know who Judges hate? People who waste the Court’s time.

A good LOLyer would use this fact, try to paint Vickers as a vexatious litigant.

Gunt, of course, does the absolute opposite of what a good LOLyer would do and files a bunch of last-minute bullshit, hoping to clog up the works and get a continuance. This is after his “My safety has been threatened so I can’t go to Court” LARP fell through.

How stupid do you have to be to not realize that you’re not the first person to ever have to walk into a courtroom and face judgement? Every trick in the book has already been tried by folks who unlike Gunt graduated from Jr High School and they’ve failed. Anything you can think of to avoid it has already been thought of, attempted, and failed. All that this bullshit is going to do is make the Judge mad.

I get why Ethan would feel the need to hit back at the Vickers in court, but it's probably not a good idea to do it to somone who fully welcomes it. On one of his latest streams Vickers was even telling Ethan what form to use and how to fill it out. This was a trap, a very obvious one. Now Vickers gets to enjoy seeing Ethan argue how he isn't a sex offender to the judge

It’s not so much a trap as it’s just giving Gunt enough rope to hang himself.

LOLyers know that Judges hate people who waste the Court’s time. This is one reason why most cases never come to trial. Judges don’t want their dockets overloaded with frivolous bullshit and they don’t want their desks piled high with AI-generated spam they have to read through before rejecting.

If Gunt still had LOLyer Grainger, she’d have kept him from doing what he’s doing here, which is trying to dump a lot of bullshit at the last minute, hoping for a continuance as a result. The Judge isn’t going to like this at all.
