My report on the latest The Good, The Bad, The Vicious for those who want a QRD without having to actually listen to it.

here is the link. I have missed things out, I was playing Sons of the Forest. There was some cope about why Mrs Vickers took those pictures of Ralph, but eh. Whatever. I stopped watching close to the third hour, I am aware Vickers has been clipped saying some fucking insane shit as they defend against the swinging allegations - but w/e I honestly couldn't give a fuck if they did or didn't.
5:50 - Discussing Ralph's tweets starts,
The first is a tweet where Ralph responds to someone saying he should Marry Faith and May saying: "I tried that already". Meigh confirmed Cuck.
Genius Anus speech impedement is really difficult to listen to using headphones. Fucking mush mouth.
After this little to nothing, saying hello to people in the chat. Real boomer hours.
9:20 - This is when they start talking about their experience at the court. Starting at 0900.
There is a decent amount of exposition, recounting the series of events that led them to encounter Ralph who they expected to appear via Zoom due to how far Sacramento was from the court. (Faith left things in the car, MWV went to retrieve them and ran into Ralph.)
12:30 - Ralph turns up in the court room, the Vickers allege he was completely out of breathe. It is not clear why. Ralph, as we know, was dressed like a complete pile of dirt.
14:15 - Faith is not talking about her case. Vickers claims this is not going to break any rules... As he is a renowned LOLyer.
17:00 - Harry Morris in the chat. He's wrenched. I will post pics of some classic HMO interventions.
18:50 - Ralph smells musty, according to Mr Vickers.
20:00 - Mr Vickers always gets mistaken for an attorney... Sure.
22:30 - Ralph has allegedly arrived drunk and on pills. Not as bad as he usually is, but he is on something - apparently. Lets be real, this fat retard went to a bar between cases so the idea he had a drink and some of his xannies before arriving is likely.
No more timestamps for the Faith trial, I will just recount some key parts of their court appearances:
- Ralph's phone had no signal, needed WiFi got one of the women in the court room to sort it out on his phone. She was visibly disgusted with him, apparently Mr Vickers had to stifle a laugh seeing her reaction to Ralph and the state he was in. I imagine the lack of WiFi suggests Ralph now only has a Mexican sim card.
- Ralph couldn't remember which case was which, believable given that his pro se submissions are also unable to distinguish these cases. Broke brain Ralph was trying to talk cross purposes.
- Malquist submission. Apparently this occurred after the night Faith got choked. As an aside, the text messages between Faith and May seem to agree that something DID happen that night, and I believe Faith got choked. I'm not going to verify the dates on this but I will take it for what it is. The judge notes that this case is about the
contempt not any issues preceding it. In effect, anything they have filed is irrelevant as it almost all occurred prior to the DVRO being signed. As another aside, I actually called that his defense strategy was to try and get the DVRO thrown out, but highlighted that this was irrelevant to the case. They were not discussing the DVRO, even if there was evidence that contradicted the evidence that got it signed, from that point on Ralph was bound by the legal order - which he has violated constantly. Effectively, everything that Ralph has filed not only are stupid to the point of humiliation - it's not relevant to the case.
51:00 - They speculate Ralph's "doesn't like it round here" cope drinking stream is because it's not a dirty area of the city.
Ralphs behaviour in the Vickers hearing wasn't that interesting. Needed to take a piss right at the start, one of the bailiffs noted he had been sat outside for a full hour before this. Vickers seems to speculate he was going to pop some xannies. Ralph confirmed he is going Pro Se, this is a civil matter so Ralph has no right to an attorney in this one it seems. Vickers confirmed that Ralph calling them pedophiles will also be filed with a court, but perhaps wont appear in this case due to the timelines.
1:06:00 - Isaiah is apparently looking to get a court order or something. Strange "threats" about Izaiah having Mexican family... The Cartel Arc is coming through?
1:10:00 - Discussion of new Ralph pro se document. It's the Izaih one.
1:27:00 - Discussing the submission Vickers says sarcastically that they encouraged the sexual acts at Disney land. He then states "and I am sure that will be clipped out of context, I don't care - eat a dick". Which May promptly did and posted it to Twitter.
The Vickers discuss the relationship between Faith and Iziaih, the Disney trip and the context of all that. I find most of this believable. They also correctly highlight why none of this is relevant in court:
1) Faith has sole custody of Xander, therefore who she takes Xander round is legally none of Ralph's business.
2) It's hearsay.
3) It's not relevant to any of their cases.
They said Faith's Tweets were part of when she had broke brain at this point in time - which is in line with the PPP and Godwinson stream, as these were when she would say loads of crazy whacked out shit to people online for updoots. I think that is the bottomline on why the Disneyland story is probably untrue, the Vickers also have said that they were never left alone when they went there with him. True? Who knows, but I would add that Disneyland is hardly a private place.
One thing that wasn't convincing was their discussion around how she never said he did it. It was technically true to say that, she doesn't specify it was him, but she highlights three "ex-boyfriends". One from school, one was Chris Kerr (
@Ahalfwaycrook) who was actually a paedophile and another school boyf. The only one she could have been talking about via process of elimination was Izaiah.
Faith comes on, they do a reading of her discussion with May. I believe the DMs that Ralph & May leaked actually cut out the first few messages, so while they don't show these on screen this is how they allege the conversation went (I believe that some involved took creative license, but the gist is probably right):
May: Hi Bae, I hope you and Xander are well, thank you for thinking of Rozanna and getting her a gift uWu. You and your son are very thoughtful.(Ralph references Xander picking out a present for Rozy in a Tweet, which corroborates this). I need to apologise to you, I put you through a world of pain with my actions, it was wrong of me to get involved in your relationship and to drive you away from Ethan. I thought I knew what was best, but in reality I was being selfish and trying to fill a void inside of me (lol, good luck with the Memphis Micro) I am sorry for sending your journal to the Samurai guy, it was a cruel thing to do, I wanted to humiliate you because I felt like my family was constantly under attack. I felt misunderstood and angry because my side of things were being overlooked. There was pressure from all sides and instead of taking a step away from the drama I tried to take my hurt feelings out on you. I found the journal when I was cleaning out Sandra's house after she passed away. I read through it and ripped out the page that said I had a big nose and buck teeth, because I was so upset at you at the time. I stashed it away (apparently May mispelled "Stashed" like "stached" which is fucking perplexing) in a closet and forgot all about it until I was cleaning out for the baby. With all the drama between you and the Alice allegations I felt like I was being persecuted for being with the man that I love and everyone was trying to tear me down after having Rozy, I am so sorry for hurting you uWu. There is a chinese saying "seek revenge and you shall dig two graves, one for yourself and one for your enemy". (apparently, this isn't the saying...) There really is nothing good to come from this fighting, I don't want my actions to impact Ethan's relationship with Alexander. He cares about him a lot and wants to be there for his son, I don't want this drama to continue, mistakes were made on everyones end. I want to heal from this, and that means taking accountability for my part.
Faith: With all due respect Amanda, I am most upset about you portraying my fiance as a pedophile.
May: I understand, it's also upsetting when you've said similar things about me. I feel like you have used everything in your aresenal and more to smear me and my husband. I'd like to step down from this drama and move on.
I think the rest have been released by Ralph via Telegram. Either way, the rest are just Faith and May having an argument and Faith blocking her after saying she doesn't believe her shit.
I will say this, the Vickers are also right that this is all a tactic from Ralph. He interpreted the civility of Faith regarding the visitation as potentially weakness, or that she is no longer as angry with Ralph. Therefore, he sees a potential out of the contempt case by repairing the relationship with Faith and it will all go away. Part of that is having Pantsu apologies for the diary - Ralph cannot do that, as that would further bolster the contempt case AND he will never apologies for the Revenge Porn, he's too invested in denying it. I think this is all correct, and so Ralph spinning this as the Vickers' being unreasonable while he is trying to be the bigger man is just cynical nonsense. He is only doing this because he could be fucked in court.
Rating the podcast, it was not as bad as I was expecting, Genius Anus was unbearable most of the time. The subject of discussion was worthwhile, but they could condense this near 5 hour monstrosity down to two. I listen to about 3 hours worth and then once Faith left I lost interest.
Vickers is still malding at people comparing him to Ralph, they do look the same age though Ralph is such a beaten ass fuck at this point. I am not sure that Vickers saying all this shit isn't breaking his RO, but he is probably pretty safe given Ralph is a retard who has burnt his bridges with the California local lawyers and is probably too drunk and high to be able to collect this evidence and relate it competently back to the order.
