Ethan Ralph requested a copy of the Vickers rape allegation police report from Nevada County. When he filed the request, he was denied on the grounds that the files are being withheld "pending potential litigation" and have been forwarded to the Nevada County DA's office. The denial named specific statutes that are in play. Ethan believes he has standing, via being the parent of Xander, to gain access to the full report from the DA, and has submitted a request to them for it. He's waiting for it and will reveal it if he can get it.

He claims that this sequence of events indicates that the DA might be intending to prosecute Matthew Vickers over the allegations from Ariana.
