For context, a school in Texas recently fired an 8th grade English teacher for assigning a graphic novel adaptation of The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank (https://www.chron.com/news/houston-texas/article/texas-anne-frank-teacher-fired-18380249.php). This version was unabridged, meaning it contained the sexual passages from the diary that are censored in most editions, without actually showing any nudity.

And while I agree that the diary is an important historical document that should not be censored, Mr. Girl of course found the creepiest way to possibly express this sentiment

If his favorite movie is Cuties, it looks like his second favorite might be Buck Breaking. For context these two teenagers filmed themselves in a stolen car intentionally swiping other cars and then saying "hit his ass" before running over and killing a cyclist for social media clout. They were arrested and conservatives pundits are calling for the death penalty.

If they identify with the murderers who took great joy in killing an innocent man, then that's the problem, not that people are just too dang harsh on cold blooded killers.
