At a hood McD's they're going to charge for them.They were literally at the McDonald's. Couldn't they just go back in and ask for an extra sauce?
They're fanatical about the water used and require they actually get reverse osmosis double filtration systems if the city water isn't up to snuff (or maybe it is all locations now). There's also a fanatical maintenance schedule for making sure every part of the pathway from water/syrup to finished soda. Similarly, the ice and ice machines have to be maintained in a specific way.Plus I learned recently that soda products from McDonald's really are better than other places. I didn't know that was true for a very long time. When did you all learn that?
They routinely send out mystery shoppers and inspectors and if they get complaints about a location, they will threaten to yank their franchise if they don't get their shit in order.
