That's true that it won't if you eat it that infrequently.McDick's is actually the best of the major ones in terms of sodium, but seriously, if you eat something higher sodium like once a month it isn't going to fuck your shit up, especially if you don't go wild on salt in anything else. And apparently the Not-So-Big-Lately Mac is the healthiest of their offerings unless you want to get a QP with nothing on it but lettuce and onions.
But that's no way to spend a cheat meal, in my opinion.
