I love that she uses a meat thermometer on 1" cubes of chicken. Fucking hell, gorl.
 
I'm half tempted to make Amber's meal in this video but better. It really had a lot of potential.

I know she never will, but girl would benefit from some of those cooking classes they do at community colleges, or (at least near me) grocery stores. It would at least give her some basic tips that she doesn't have.
 
She said it took her THREE hours to make that watery shit. How do you fuck up sautéed veggies & chicken?? I can’t beileve she’s almost 30 AND 500 lbs but can’t cook the simplest shit.

& why is she so proud to say she doesn’t cook with oil?? Lmao gorl u eat endless plates at the Chinese buff-et and ice cream after, a tsp of oil isn’t going to kill you.

It's not even sautéed. Our girl is too scared to cook in actual oil or fat. But she can eat a whole bag of hot cheetos, a huge bowl of cereal, and binge on ice cream, cookies, and chips.

It baffles me why she can't marinate chicken. Why throw it in a pan dry like that? Take some of that Greek dressing you just bought and put it in a zip lock bag; add the chicken. Your flavor profile will be so much better than eating those hockey pucks. If she can eat gallons of ice cream, a little Greek dressing isn't going to hurt.

I don't understand her insistence that she hates food cooked in fat or eating other peoples food when she goes out to eat all the time. I know fat people like to claim they eat like hummingbirds and shit but she provides people evidence to the contrary on a silver platter.

She seems to have this all or nothing view on food. Like, if she isn't eating 100% healthy and messes up in any way (like if she were to add oil to her food) then that means she has to binge.

I didn't watch this one yet and your description of the food breaks my heart. How does she believe she can replace oil with water and it'll all cook the same? Who put it in her head that she needs to use a food thermometer every time she cooks chicken? AL's cooking knowledge is a mystery.

She is so insistent upon Becky eating a freaking meal replacement bar. It's like she wants her to gain weight or something or can't stand being the only one eating. Give the girl a break, she can't taste anything and just ate a cough drop. She can take her meds with something a little less dense if she wants. Then the huge production AL goes into. "Do you want me to go get you one?" She sure is caring and helpful walking over to get her a bar. And don't they have two containers of bars on the counter, one bucket and one cookie jar type thing? AL went somewhere else for that peanut butter bar. Where else is she hiding those things?

God, I was going to point this out too. She's aggressively lazy. Meal prep is what you do when you work 40+ hours a week and don't feel like breaking out the cookware when you drag yourself home from the office every weeknight.

Well, now that she's done her meal prepping for the week, we can expect some decent edits and better content since she can focus on her job instead of food, right?

Shes 500 lbs, I bet this meal prep is just one days worth. Or she needs that extra time to shovel food into her maw.
